The Homework Center Mentor/Tutor program is designed to give high school students an opportunity to work with elementary youth, assisting them with their homework. They are also there to give support to the youth and learn personal skills such as: responsibility, social behavior and respect for each other.

Jewish Family and Children's Services exists to provide professional and volunteer services for the purposes of developing, restoring, and maintaining the competency of families and individuals of all ages. Project PLAY (Peer Leadership Alternatives for Youth) is a program of The Daly City Youth Health Center and the Jefferson Union High School District. Project PLAY provides creative, innovative youth development and health education programs that build positive self-image and prevent teen pregnancy. The mentor program trains volunteer mentors to effectively coach teens. Together, youth and mentors plan outings according to the goals and interests of the teen. Teens in the program want a supportive adult in their life and they reflect the economic and cultural diversity of the Daly City and Pacifica areas.

Spark is a youth empowerment program engaging students with apprenticeships, exploratory workshops, field trips, and personal development. Spark's mission is to inspire middle-school youth to pursue their interests, create bonds with their communities, and develop a lifelong interest in learning. Spark is offered as both a full-day summer program and a twice-weekly after-school program for middle-school youth in Redwood City.

Leaders in Future Environments (LIFE) Project is a mentoring program that aims to strengthen and promote leadership in youth affected by parental incarceration.
The LIFE Project accomplishes this by providing one-on-one mentoring, group activities every six weeks, and annual retreats that focus on the special needs and unique challenges that our mentees face. All activities are sponsored by the LIFE Project.

Asian American Recovery Services, Inc. aims to decrease the incidence and impact of substance abuse in the Asian and Pacific Islander communities of the San Francisco Bay Area. To accomplish this goal, Asian American Recovery Services, Inc. develops and provides innovative outreach, treatment, prevention, and research services for its target populations. Because there are multiple causes and effects of substance abuse, Asian American Recovery Services, Inc. also engages in ancillary activities to meet its goal.
