Events--May Outreach and Mentor Recruitment In May, Bay Area Mentoring will focus on mentor recruitment. If you are a school-based program, the spring is a great time to get new volunteers interested for the fall!

Events--September Outreach and Mentor Recruitment Bay Area Mentoring will be working to get the word out about mentoring in the leadup to National Mentoring Month. Watch for radio interview opportunities and more! Contact us if you have mentors and mentees who would be willing to be interviewed on the radio. Events--January National Mentoring Month Bay Area Mentoring will be working to get the word out about mentoring during National Mentoring Month! We will be using media contacts to get PSAs broadcast throughout the Bay Area. National Mentoring Month Materials Bay Area Mentoring has a supply of National Mentoring Month materials, including postcards, posters, and bookmarks. We will be tagging all materials with Bay Area Mentoring and our website, www.bayareamentoring.org. National Mentoring Month Proclamations If your organizations receives or hears about proclamations on National Mentoring Month from your local government, send them on! We can post them and use them in Bay Area Mentoring materials. Email soft copies of proclamations to info@bayareamentoring.org.
